1. About Bigfoot Travel

Bigfoot Travel provides travel planning, booking assistance and local printing services. Bigfoot Travel operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with InteleTravel. Travel bookings may be arranged through InteleTravel and the applicable travel suppliers.

2. No booking fee

No booking fee is charged by Bigfoot Travel for its travel planning and booking assistance.

3. Travel product costs and booking conditions

Bigfoot Travel does not directly collect payment for flights, hotels, accommodation, activities or other travel products. Where you decide to book, you pay the travel product cost through the applicable InteleTravel booking process or directly to the applicable travel supplier.

The price, availability, cancellation, refund and other booking conditions for travel products may be determined by InteleTravel and/or the applicable travel supplier. Please read the relevant booking terms before you pay.

4. Travel planning is advisory

Travel plans, recommendations and itineraries are prepared based on the information you provide and information available at the time of planning. Travel arrangements may change because of availability, pricing, weather, transport disruption, supplier policies, government requirements or other circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary travel documents, visas, permissions and other requirements for your journey. Visa and entry information provided by Bigfoot Travel is for planning purposes and does not guarantee visa approval or entry.

5. Local printing

Printing prices shown on the website are estimates and are confirmed when your order is processed. Uploaded files are used only to fulfil your order and are deleted on request or once no longer needed. Completed or cancelled orders can be deleted by you from the order page.
